Registration conditions

Please note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Hungary, and therefore is not deductible.

On-site Registration: Registration made later than 14 September will be considered as on-site registration, with consequent minor delays at the registration desk, in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts.

Final Registration: Participants must register at the registration desk upon arrival at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Please remember to bring your confirmation of registration.
